Padilla Construction Services (PCS) is a New York based Heavy Construction Company and Utility Consultant that was established in 1993. As a full service Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), PCS prides itself as an ever expanding organization that operates with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Maintaining a proficient management staff and cost effective field operations, PCS provides clients with projects completed on time and a within budget. Setting such standards is the reason why PCS was able to expand from 5 employees, operating in a rented facility to 150 employees, with Corporate owned headquarters, over $5 million of construction equipment and contracts ranging upwards to $64 million.
