Vince Mancuso's Bio
Vince is one of two managing partners whose primary focus is Process Development and Office Management. He analyzes each situation and tries to come up with better more efficient ways to get them done. His attention in these areas will help ensure the success of your project.

Keith Schlief's Bio
Keith has worked extensively in the construction field for over 25 years. Having been a business owner himself, the experience and knowledge he brings to the Blue Frog estimation team is invaluable. On a daily basis, he is responsible for working directly with our subcontractors and design department to build the ideal team for each of our projects. Keith works hard to partner with the most experienced and qualified contractors while keeping costs within the clients’ budget and needs.

“Ray's full-time job is to make sure the right Superintendent is placed at your service as well as to find the best possible pricing, vendors and subcontractors. He will utilize all of Blue Frog, LLC’s resources and business relationships to help you complete your project. He will work hard to ensure you are receiving a quality project on time and with-in budget through strenuous pre-qualification procedures and attention to the details of your project. Chris Crookless's Bio
Having managed his own Architecture firm for 30 years covering 10 states, Chris brings tremendous knowledge and experience to our Blue Frog Design team. He has worked on various projects including medical and veterinary offices, restaurants, residential, retail, multi-family, academic and sports arenas. When it comes to working with Blue Frog during the design phase, our clients rely on Chris to guide them through this detailed process while keeping their budget and time-frames in mind. During the construction phase, Chris keeps close tabs on our projects to ensure that the owners’ design intent is brought to reality.
Howard Knight's Bio
Howard is an architectural design manager with over 15 years of experience in designing homes, medical facilities, clinics and shelled-out tenant improvement structures. Howard’s professional background make him versatile in working well with clients and solving complex design problems to meet the needs of the owner. In addition to being a devoted family-man, Howard mentors students in grades K-12 at the Marietta Police Athletic League Annual Summer Camp and is working on completing his architect’s license registration. Howard’s gregarious nature (not kidding, you can’t help but like Howard) makes him a pleasure to work with and compliments the Blue Frog designing team.
Iva Lord's Bio
Iva has been in the design and architectural business for many years. Her experience and quick sense of humor helps us to quickly create unique designs for each of our clients. Here’s a quote from Iva: "’meraki’, I stumbled upon this beautiful word a couple of years ago – it hasn’t an equivalent in English, but it was a moment of instant of recognition. –‘using a computer to translate from the simple, to the elaborate -ideas and sketches into documents that are used to build dreams.’” “I have implemented meraki for the past 17 years . Laurie Petrill's Bio
With over 20 years’ experience Laurie has worn many construction industry hats. This broad experience allows her to understand the various perspectives of each project keeping the client and subcontractor up to date and on track. Laurie likes to ask questions, not only to learn new things but also in search of the most efficient way of getting things done, inherently improving processes along the way.
Nathan Pilcher's Bio
Nathan oversees each superintendent and their assigned project. His many years of experience paired with his dedication to see things through are vital to this role. He handles a broad list of tasks including: permitting, pre-construction meetings, budget management, superintendent training as well as oversite on projects throughout the Southeast. Nate is the first line of defense, answering technical questions for our superintendents, thus keeping the jobs moving. He helps ensure that the finished product is something we can all be proud of.
Shawn Rainey's Bio
Shawn is the head of the Blue Frog Design Department. His attention to detail is critical from the design phase through construction. He is an avid family man. He has been designing medical offices for over fifteen years. Shawn's permanent smile is infectious. Not only will his experience help shape the best project possible, but he makes it fun.

Danielle Berry's Bio
Danielle brings over 20 years’ experience in the veterinary industry to Blue Frog. As the Director of Business Development in North Carolina and Virginia, Danielle pulls from her experiences as a kennel worker, veterinary assistant and lengthy tenure in veterinary distribution sales with a concentration in equipment and design. Her attention to detail and desire to help customers build the practice of their dreams keeps her focused and excited about each project. Danielle fuels her enthusiasm and passion with her love of the outdoors through kayaking, hiking, camping and traversing the world’s natural wonders
Ed Whigham's Bio
Ed leads the sales and marketing efforts for Blue Frog. His primary goal is to constantly seek and understand the client’s needs and desires so the team can deliver a superior end product.
Matt Tanner's Bio
Matt services Alabama and Tennessee as part of the sales and marketing efforts for Blue Frog. Communication is one of the hardest things we do. Matt feels that the key to any successful project is constant communication between our company and the client. Communication establishes the expectations of the client which allows us to deliver a superior finished product every client deserves
Finance & Accounting
Niki Mancuso's Bio
Niki works behind the scenes as head of the accounting department. She prepares monthly financials, taxes, payroll and cash management. Her pleasant personality and her desire to help everyone makes for happy, but long days. Niki's department makes sure all subcontractors have turned in their proper paperwork, insurance, invoices, etc. Everyone loves Niki because she controls the money.

Pam Smith's Bio
Pam is an integral part of the Operations and Accounting Departments. Pam is involved with each of our projects from beginning to end, from collecting subcontractor paperwork and setting up insurance to handling billing and accounts payable. She is the office point of contact for our seven-state subcontractor base. She works hard to insure our subcontractors know they are a valued part of the Blue Frog team. Being a lifelong Georgia resident, and a University of Georgia graduate, her love for sweet tea and Georgia football runs deep.

Christina Burkhalter's Bio
Christina has the huge responsibility of being the Blue Frog Office Manager and greets everyone with her cheerful smile each day. She handles administrative tasks such as: website development, sales and marketing brochures and coordination of out of town trade shows, seminars and speaking engagements. Her years of experience in hospitality serve our clients well as she helps to provide a welcoming environment during the design phase. She is as southern as a Georgia peach, has lived in Atlanta all her life, and has 3 perfect children… Almost.
Kiala Wallace's Bio
Kiala Wallace is from the Windy City. Growing up in Chicago she developed an interest in architecture and interiors, where art and creativity surround you. She went on to study as an architecture undergrad for two years and became a member of Alpha Rho Chi (professional fraternity) who encouraged her to pursue her interest in interiors. Here at Blue Frog, she is responsible for actively coordinating and drafting plans with the design team in Revit. Kiala’s youth and knowledge allow her to see each project with fresh eyes and a different perspective.
