Ashley Campbell brings a broad range of experience including strategic marketing, branding, sales services, business development, communications, and experience management. Her 16-year career centers on construction and she brings a passion for the building industry. After nearly 10 years with a national competitor, Ashley joined HITT in 2014 as marketing director. Since then her role has grown to include corporate communications, creative management, and business development. 

In 2020, Ashley was promoted to senior vice president, a role that includes oversight of the firm’s human resources department. She believes there is a powerful connection between the client experience and employee experience that defines the brand and company culture. Through this alignment, Ashley leads the strategic vision for HITT’s client and employee experience to ensure HITT delivers on its brand promise.

Ashley is member of the firm’s Enterprise Governance Committee and often leads corporate task forces to deliver company-wide initiatives. Known for her vision, creativity, and ability to inspire, Ashley has helped elevate the HITT brand. She is an avid reader and has a passion for writing.

With 37 years in the industry, Bernadette brings a wealth of experience to the vice president position. In her role, Bernadette provides leadership on corporate interior projects and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional results to clients in our New York office.

Prior to joining Americon HITT, Bernadette held notable senior-level positions managing diverse project types to include interior and base building projects, hospitality, as well as global experience working in London at Canary Wharf.

Bernadette also serves as a mentor to junior team members, providing hands-on training and learning opportunities, and encouraging participation in philanthropic initiatives that support the local community.

As vice president of HITT Santa Clara, Chris provides executive leadership for the bay area, and oversees project pursuits and the successful delivery of corporate interior and mission critical projects.

Prior to moving to the west coast in 2017 to help establish the Santa Clara office, Chris spent 15 years at HITT headquarters. He completed four internships with HITT while in college before joining the company full-time in our Preconstruction department. Chris transitioned to Operations, where he built an impressive portfolio of work in the technology sector before being promoted to vice president in 2019.

Christian joined HITT in 1999 and has more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry. As part of HITT Interiors, he specializes in renovations and build-outs and is also helping to expand our relationships and presence in the aviation services sector.

Cliff Chow is a senior vice president and regional office leader of HITT's New York office. With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Cliff has a proven track record of delivering high-end, fast-track interior construction projects for many of the most influential Fortune 500 firms.

As a national account manager, Cliff has completed more than 100 projects in 23 states for Microsoft and continues to lead accounts for some of HITT’s most recognizable clients.

Cliff provides executive oversight and management to our newest regional office. He embodies The HITT Way with his over two decades of experience with the company. In addition to his project management skills, he has been instrumental in the integration of Americon HITT.

Craig Anderson has more than 14 years of construction industry experience. He started his career as an intern with a large electrical subcontractor, a valuable experience that allowed him to better understand the many technical aspects of our business. After his internship and time spent in the field as a project engineer, Craig joined HITT in 2011 as an assistant project manager. He progressively rose through the ranks, and in 2020 was named vice president.

As vice president of HITT Atlanta, Craig oversees the successful delivery of corporate interior and law firm construction projects, ranging from private institutions to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to providing guidance to project teams, he plays a key role in building long-standing relationships with both new and existing clients and subcontractors.

With more than 25 years of experience, Drew has made a career managing both the projects and the people that define DC construction. In 2012, after 10 years with HITT as a senior vice president, Drew left to lead the Mid-Atlantic operations for a national competitor. In 2017, he returned to HITT, bringing his signature persistence and passion back to the company where he cut his teeth. As co-president, Drew provides increased leadership for eight key market sectors, working to improve and expand the firm’s operations, preconstruction, and project solutions.

Since childhood, he’s been captivated by construction, taking his father’s tools to create and build something special on his own. Today, Drew approaches his work with that same curiosity, wondering how he can challenge the status quo of our industry.

A decisive yet diplomatic leader, Drew strikes a balance of being engaged yet empowering his team members, offering guidance while allowing them to grow independently. Ed brings more than 20 years of construction experience to his position as vice president and he began his career as an interior designer for some of the world's most prestigious design firms. Ed has been with HITT for more than 15 years and as vice president, he manages a team in our Atlanta office focusing on complex corporate interior and technology projects of various sizes throughout the Southeast region.

With nearly 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy has a proven track record of delivering award-winning, challenging projects from high-end multifamily buildings to data centers, hotels, and commercial offices. He joined the company in 2002 and rose through operations in roles of increasing responsibility. In 2007 he was promoted to executive vice president responsible for the strategic growth and development of HITT’s Base Building sector. Additionally, he provided oversight of the Hospitality and Technology sectors over the past several years.

In 2017, Jeremy became co-president of HITT Contracting. In this role, he continues to provide executive oversight of the company’s booming Technology sector and drives national growth in current and new geographies. Jeremy is responsible for all operations in the regional offices of Atlanta, California, Charleston, Texas, and South Florida.

John Barrett joined HITT in 2014 and currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology. With over three decades of information technology experience, John has extensive experience in both software development and IT operations.  He excels at implementing best practice methodologies and continuous improvement programs across all areas of IT.

As the vice president of information technology, John oversees all aspects of IT, including keeping our technology systems running seamlessly, ensuring our information is accessible and protected at all times, and unifying information technology across our 10 office locations to ensure a consistent employee experience.

Kim Roy began her career in commercial construction with HITT Contracting in 1999. She rose through the ranks of operations in HITT’s Base Building sector, delivering more than 6.5 million square feet of complex tenant fit-out and new construction projects. In 2009 she was promoted to vice president and in 2012 to senior vice president in charge of preconstruction and strategy.  

Kim’s considerable construction experience and business savvy propelled her to executive vice president in 2015. In this role, she led the firm’s healthcare sector, which delivers more than $100 million annually on hospital, ambulatory, and highly specialized patient care construction. Additionally, Kim provided executive oversight for a diverse group of corporate resources including Business Development, HR, Marketing, Preconstruction, Virtual Construction, and Sustainable Construction and Corporate Responsibility.

In 2017, Kim was named CEO of HITT Contracting. In this role, she is responsible for defining key initiatives, identifying emerging markets and business opportunities, as well as executing the strategic vision of the Board. She provides executive oversight for all corporate operations including HR, Finance, and Risk Management. Additionally, Kim leads the Corporate Steering Committee and the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee.

As vice president for HITT Raleigh, Kyle oversees operations and strategy for his team, and is responsible for overall client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Kyle joined HITT in 2012 as part of the HITT Futures program. He quickly rose through the ranks, building an impressive portfolio featuring high-end projects. In early 2019, Kyle was promoted to senior project manager before moving down to Raleigh to open the office. After a successful expansion into the Raleigh-Durham market, Kyle was promoted to vice president at the end of 2019.

Over her 23 years in the construction industry, Sara Collins has led teams in the areas of operations, preconstruction, and business development. She has served on the facilities staff at a world-renowned academic medical center, has helped develop several $100+ million design-build and P3 projects, and has led the construction of healthcare projects of all sizes.

Sara joined HITT in 2015 as a vice president in the Healthcare sector and in 2017 was promoted to senior vice president and leader of the sector. As a sector leader, Sara is responsible for the safe, skillful execution of new construction and renovation of healthcare facilities, laboratories, and other clinical environments. As a passionate supporter of our Clients’ missions, Sara builds teams who understand partnership and keep the mission at the forefront of what we build.

Trevor has more than 12 years of construction industry experience, including three years spent as a laborer and field engineer. In 2011, he joined HITT as a Project Engineer and was progressively promoted to assistant project manager, project manager, and senior project manager before being promoted to vice president in 2019. Trevor moved from headquarters to the west coast in 2017 to help grow HITT’s presence in Southern California.

As vice president of HITT Los Angeles, Trevor oversees the successful delivery of corporate interior and law firm construction projects. Chris Carella has more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years with HITT. Before joining HITT, Chris spent four years in the U.S Army. Chris Mauldin has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience ranges from commercial interiors and healthcare to institutional and base building projects. Since joining HITT in 2013, he has played a key role in the success of our site operations in Houston. Promoted to vice president of site operation in 2019, Chris oversees the safety supervision, scheduling, site logistics and planning, on-site subcontractor coordination, and quality control of a portfolio of projects. Jim has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including 25 years as a superintendent.

As Senior Vice President, Gary's primary focus is expanding relationships in the DC metropolitan area with Clients and their service providers, such as brokers, architects, engineers, and construction management firms. He plays an integral role serving our repeat Clients with regional and national needs, continuously expanding HITT's national platform. 

Gary has more than 40 years of construction expertise, with more than 20 years at HITT. Before joining HITT, he worked in the field as a laborer, finish carpenter, superintendent, and general superintendent. Gary started at HITT as an assistant project manager, working his way through the ranks to project manager, senior project manager, vice president, and senior vice president. His extensive experience working in operations, both in the Washington, DC metropolitan area as well South Florida, provides him a unique skill set to foster new relationships and service existing Clients.

Nazanin joined HITT in 2016 as a recruiting manager and brought nearly 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience. In early 2017, Nazanin was promoted to Director of Recruiting and Human Resources where she managed the recruiting function, oversaw the Futures Program, and served as a point of contact for managers to provide strategic support as well as day-to-day problem solving. In 2020, Nazanin was promoted to Vice President of HR. 

As Vice President of Human Resources, Nazanin is responsible for HITT’s Human Resource strategy and operations, specifically in the areas of recruiting, learning and development, performance management, talent management, change management, and compensation and benefits.
