Clay has been with Boulevard since the very beginning. Throughout his career, Clay has managed a diverse portfolio of projects from residential renovations to ground up commercial construction.  As head of the project management department, he has successfully trained several project managers. Clay plays a major role in Boulevard’s growth and success. He specializes in commercial projects and our most detailed projects.  

Dave came to Boulevard after ten years of owning and operating a commercial renovation company in the Baltimore area. Dave is the head of our field operations team. He manages all superintendents and construction related aspects of Boulevard’s projects including: subcontractors, material deliveries and scheduling. Dave handles all in field take offs and plan verifications for new projects. He works diligently with our estimating department to ensure proper bids are submitted. 

As president, founder and CEO of Boulevard, Javed implements strategic direction of the company and coordinates all aspects of business growth, finances and new client relations. Since Boulevard’s start in 2008, Javed has been instrumental in developing the business models for every area of the company. Through his leadership, Javed has successfully brought Boulevard to the forefront of the construction industry in the mid-Atlantic region. Javed’s previous business ventures include a national mortgage firm, a regional IT company and a Maryland based real estate investment firm.

Eric embodies the mission and vision of Boulevard. He excels at producing top-quality results on a wide variety of projects while keeping costs within budget. He takes special pride in the fact that his division is adaptable: No project is too small, no challenge is too great for Eric's team. Eric is always excited by the prospect of driving business growth in our growing company. His vast project experience helps Boulevard stay strong to its mission and values.

Nick serves as Boulevard’s senior project coordinator. Since his arrival to Boulevard , he has developed and implemented multiple systems for bidding and project management that keep Boulevard organized and on schedule. Nick oversees the project coordination team and is responsible for all internal office tasks including bid document management, submittals, invoicing, project closeout, business networking, estimating and subcontractor relations. As the senior project coordinator, Nick is a major contributor to the success of Boulevard.

As Director of Business Development, Amanda manages and leads Boulevard Contractors business development and marketing efforts to position the company for project opportunities that align with the core values and business development strategy of the organization. Amanda is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and transactions to accelerate growth for Boulevard and its partners. Amanada identifies areas of collaboration, drives innovation and unlocks shared values. She works with clients throughout the mid atlantic regions, ranging from small to large-scale institutions in both the public and private sectors. Her experience in small business management, having worked on her own business and supported other developing businesses during the years has helped Boulevard develop a solid understanding of the effort and focus required to succeed in the construction industry.

As controller, Sara is in charge of all financial and accounting aspects of the company. Her role includes managing all payables and receivables, payroll and internal accounting. As well Sara coordinates all subcontractor waivers and invoices.
