Our Story

Cypress Gulf is a full service civil site development contractor with offices in Tampa and Orlando offering all facets of site work, land clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, base, paving, curb and environmental development. CG has experience in working on both small and large, industrial, commercial, multifamily and residential subdivision projects, having completed over 450 projects during the past 16 years.  CG has the expertise, manpower, equipment, and financial resources to take on any project in Central Florida with over 250 employees and $40,000,000 in bonding capacity.

CG operates 4 recycled materials yards offering dirt, crushed concrete roadbase and stabilizer for use on CG projects as well as for sale to other site development contractors in the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Brevard County markets. To date, CG has recycled in excess of 2,500,000 tons of concrete debris that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill. CG also offers portable on-site crushing for owners and contractors wanting to reuse demoed concrete on their upcoming redevelopment projects.

CG has extensive experience in conceptual estimating and preconstruction services to assist contractors and developers with budgeting their projects. CG utilizes the AGTEK 4D and Planswift Software packages for its takeoffs to ensure accuracy on all projects. CG takes jobsite safety very seriously with an established safety program, full time Safety Manager, daily JHA's and weekly safety meetings. All company superintendents and foremen are OSHA 10-hr certified. CG also has several crews with the OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER certification for specialty projects
