Mr. Escutia is the President and founder of Quality Environmental Inc. Mr. Escutia has over 30 years of diverse experience in the construction and environmental services industries as senior estimator and senior manager of operations. Mr. Escutia has created long term business relationships and has helped develop past businesses to a successful and profitable position. Mr. Escutia has been responsible for the overall management and the direction of QE. Mr. Escutia is responsible for the technical, administrative, and fiscal management of the firm, including direction of the firm’s business development activities. As President, Mr. Escutia is leading QE to increasing profits, client and business diversification, and both revenue and management development. Mr. Escutia believes that strong business relationships, win/win environments, integrity, honesty, a positive environment and high quality are part of cost effective solutions.

Mrs. Delval has over 15 years of experience in administrative management, accounting and human resources. Mrs. Delval is responsible for the fiscal administration, certified payroll, receivables/payables department and maintaining a pool of qualified workforce. Mrs. Delval focuses on establishing and developing relationships with our client’s accounting department, to create a synergistic positive work environment.

Adonis Bell, a native of San Diego, brings 8 years of abatement industry expertise to his work. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Cal State Long Beach.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Adonis is an avid golfer and basketball enthusiast. His commitment to environmental safety and his GIS proficiency make him a dynamic force in his field.

Jason Abad is a third-generation professional in the construction industry. With over a decade of experience in the painting sector, he transitioned to acquire comprehensive knowledge of various construction aspects. For five years, Jason excelled as a job site supervisor, and he is currently embarking on a new path as an estimator. Beyond his professional life, he is an avid gamer and a skilled chef for his family. In his leisure time, Jason finds joy in activities such as visiting the beach, barbecuing, surfing, and attending hockey and football games, proudly supporting the Kings and Patriots.

Marco has accumulated 21 years of experience within the industry, holding diverse roles that range from laborer and field supervisor to project estimator.
As an estimator at Q.E., Marco's responsibilities encompass inspecting projects, calculating project expenses, engaging with clients to assess proposals, and overseeing project management and coordination.
During his leisure hours, Marco derives pleasure from traveling alongside his family, engaging in woodworking and crafting, and following his passion for Formula 1 (F1) and football.

Mr. Delval has a combination of project estimating, environmental remediation and construction management experience. Mr. Delval is responsible for the development of proposals, new business development, manpower planning and training, and supervisor leadership development. Mr. Delval’s duties include: market development, project management, and construction administration of various types and scale of projects.

Rene has 7 years of experience in the construction industry. His admiration for the industry started at a young age working for his Fathers General Contracting business remodeling homes. His professional career began as a Water Damage Technician which eventually transitioned to a role where he helped lead Catastrophe Teams in restoring properties after hurricanes in the East Coast and fire damaged properties after Wild Fires in the West Coast. His years of field experience have greatly benefited him in his current role as Estimator for Quality Environmental.

Fun Fact – Rene is a season ticket holder at the new Allegiant Stadium for the Las Vegas Raiders.
