Since 1991, the management team of Chavez Service Companies, Inc. (CSC) has excelled at providing general contracting, landscape/irrigation services and construction related procurement in Texas and the Gulf Coast. At CSC we focus our efforts on government, institutional, educational, healthcare and light industrial projects. CSC projects range from $5,000 to $500,000. CSC is 100% owned and operated by Ms. Brenda Chavez. CSC is certified as a minority, woman-owned disadvantaged business (MWDBE), small business (SBE) and State of Texas HUB. CSC's completed projects consist of many repeat customers. We attribute this to the service, safety, performance and professionalism our people bring to each endeavor.
