Dave has a diverse background in construction, sales and business management. Based on years in CEO management roles with other companies, Dave continually and very strategically hones his craft of alternative concrete treatments. Dave’s innovation and commitment to operational and financial strength have allowed him to build ICS from the ground up since 2001. “A company is only as strong as its employees and partners in the industry,” Dave routinely says. The ICS team embodies this philosophy each day. As a result of being very customer-oriented, Dave provides all clients with superior products and services, while completing projects on time and within budget. Born and raised in Lincolnville, Maine, Dave is married and enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating.

Victor joined ICS in 2004. Majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Finance at West Virginia University, Victor developed a strong background in sales and team management skills. Achieving Suma Cum Laude recognition in college quickly readied Victor for a leadership role, allowing him to oversee all aspects of internal office continuity among the ICS team. Leading by example, Victor is able to guide office and crew members through various parts of detailed projects, while showing a true commitment to exceeding client expectations. Born and raised in Lincolnville, Maine, Victor is married and travels from the Delta, PA.

Cory joined the ICS team in 2012. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from West Virginia University, Cory earned Suma Cum Laude recognition. He brings a sharp awareness of customer needs and operational balance to the ICS team. Cory owned and operated a small business while living in Morgantown; during this time, he mastered the art of customer experience, organizational communication, problem solving and project management. Cory is a relationship builder; it’s what drives his passion for business. Cory represents Industrial Caulk and Seal in the Maryland Construction Network (MCN).

Steve comes to ICS with an HR and Accounting background and a degree from West Virginia University in Accounting. He’s been an ICS team member since 2019. It goes without saying; he’s a numbers guy. That makes him ideally suited for his job as a senior estimator with ICS. Steve’s very detail-oriented, with solid tech and office skills. As senior estimator, he is often creating bid proposals from plans and drawings. Still, you’ll find him on-site to form estimates as well. As a vital team member, he’s agreeable, detailed, and adapts well to new processes and procedures.

Tyler, a high-achieving STEM student from Rising Sun High, joined ICS in 2021. With a strong foundation in mathematics and understanding information. Starting as a field applicator, he demonstrated his commitment to utilizing his time to continuously learn and refine his skills for two years. Later earning himself a position as an estimator, where his clever problem-solving, sensible approach, and poised demeanor make him an indispensable contributor. Tyler's dedication to process improvement exemplifies the dynamic spirit of growth and innovation that defines ICS.

Chris joined the ICS team in 2011. Chris uses his excellent hands on technician-type skills to lead his crews by example. Chris works to develop measures to keep motivating ICS employees to be the best in the business.  A former employee at The Mill, where he operated heavy equipment and machinery, Chris is able to use his experience to orchestrate effective work plans for ICS crews.  Chris is a Dorius Academy 2011 graduate   

Chip joined the ICS team in November of 2006. With extensive knowledge and workforce experience, Chip oversees all of ICS’s project management duties. He graduated from Towson University and is a current resident of White Hall, Maryland. Chip represents Industrial Caulk and Seal in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)

Joe joined the ICS team in August of 2005 where he spent several years working in the field as a Lead Foreman. Once pushing to beat project budgets set by Dave, Joe now makes them as he has become a strong competitor in the sales field. Joe represents Industrial Caulk and Seal in the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as well as the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).

Ryan comes to ICS with a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and a master’s degree from the University of Baltimore. He has experience in a variety of diverse industries including operational management and construction. He has been an ICS team member since 2021. Ryan possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. These skills coupled with his previous management experience has helped him develop a keen eye for building on what works and changing what doesn’t. He plays a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for ICS by building relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.

Jaime works as a Contract Specialist for ICS. Since 2018, she’s handled everything in the contract world, from reading and insurance to closeout and change orders. In the course of her work, she performs many HR and administrative tasks as well, such as payroll and ordering supplies for the company. Jaime comes from a construction/manufacturing background and previously owned a welding business. She maintains a positive outlook and enjoys working with a team. Her contract skills make her well suited for problem-solving when issues arise, and she’s always willing to lend a hand!

Tammy has been working remotely for ICS since November 2019. She holds a business degree from the University of Maine and has attended Thomas College. Tammy has worked in accounting for twenty-five years, specializing in the construction and manufacturing fields. She’s a natural for the position of Controller for the company. An avid problem solver, Tammy will dig in and do what needs to be done to keep things moving! Her prior experience, along with her varied background, and knowledge of HR skills, make her a valuable member of the ICS team!

Joining ICS in February 2013, Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Tim is responsible for all equipment and facility maintenance, transportation and general shop tasks. Additionally, Tim is charged with inventory responsibility, allowing ICS to remain relevant in the industry from an equipment standpoint. A well-rounded, hardworking individual, Tim is a team player and a tremendous asset to ICS. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Tim attended North Harford High School. He is married and travels from the USA.
