Scope Of Work
The project consists of a two story 10,000 SF expansion to Frenchman’s existing club house. Phase One of this project is to create a temporary receiving and loading dock to facilitate the club operation due to the construction process. As part of this expansion, KAST is required to re-design and relocate the clubs: main power service, water services sanitary system to service the expansion. On the ground level, KAST is expanding Frenchman’s existing receiving and purchasing operations by designing a more efficient loading dock and food storage area. The second floor consists of: a new commercial kitchen, dining room, employee lockers, human resources and administrative offices. KAST will take this project through the site plan approval and city permitting on the clubs behalf. KAST’s overall construction duration for this project is 7 months.
