Michael Lemons, Vice President of CAM Construction Services, Inc. directs the day to day field operation efforts for the company. He also provides leadership in the field for successful construction services, manages new business opportunities, maintains customer satisfaction, provides quality and safety control throughout the entire construction process. He has over 2500 logged training hours and holds an OSHA 30 Hour Certification.
Through the utilization of his extensive field experience, Mike brings over 30 years of senior level field management skills to the corporation. In his career, Michael has supervised over 15 million square feet of construction projects including waste water treatment plants, airport facilities, parking decks, shopping malls, retail facilities, tenant improvements, theme parks, schools, call/switch centers, site infrastructure/utilities, office buildings and power distribution facilities. In his roles he was an excellent scheduler, coordinator of building control & layout, meeting conductor, assurance of highest quality workmanship and formation & implementation of safety practices and procedures. Michael has supervised several significant and notable projects in the Tampa Bay area prior to starting CAMConstruction Services, Inc. with his wife, Christine. Notable clients include Macy’s, Federated Department Stores, Burdines, Mills Corporation, Pasco & Pinellas County Schools, Tampa International Airport, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, USAA, AT&T, United Health Care, Disney World and Busch Gardens.
