Kertes Enterprises Inc. has roots dating back to the 1940s in the Cleveland area. The gathered knowledge, experience, and reputation of three generations allows our company to provide a variety of services, including land development, residential and commercial construction, renovation and adaptive re-use projects, as well as consulting. This familiarity with nearly every aspect of the building industry positions us to be a one stop resource for your construction project.

Since the mid 1970s, we’ve been building single family homes, developing residential communities and completing full scale commercial construction projects. We handle everything from the approval process (entitlements) and planning assistance to bidding processes, general contracting, cost analysis, and value engineering. We work closely with architects and engineers to create truly customized homes and commercial builds.
