A 35-year construction industry veteran with over 30 years at MIKEN Builders, Michael J. Cummings is a seasoned professional who brings his passion for building to all that he does. He enjoys working with the MIKEN team to create a wow-factor for every project. Michael loves spending time with his family and hitting the golf course when he isn’t volunteering with Contractor for a Cause and St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Michael is a proud husband to Kathleen, his wife of 35 years, and a loving father to his children Patrick, Catie, and Sean and his grandchildren Noah and Savanna.
Mike McKone's Bio
Mike McKone has almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry, 15 of which were spent with MIKEN Builders. He enjoys spending time with his wife Sue and children, Brennen and Jenna. Mike loves the great outdoors and boating, fishing, and clay shooting in his spare time, in addition to volunteering with Contractor for a Cause. Mike enjoys his time working on custom homes because every day is different and he relishes the sensation of accomplishment when he views the wonderful finished project.

W. Frank Brady's Bio
Frank Brady has accumulated over 33 years of experience in the construction industry, including 3 in the Navy SeaBees. Throughout his 8 years with MIKEN Builders, Frank has taken pride in working as a team to create and transform homes and spaces throughout Delaware, turning dreams into reality. In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife of 32 years, Lisa, and his children: Elizabeth, Kelsey, Taylor, and Adam. He also enjoys coaching Little League and soccer, camping with Scouts, genealogy, and volunteering with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Jim Coffey's Bio
Jim Coffey’s construction career has spanned 34 years, 14 of which were spent with MIKEN Builders. He enjoys working with the MIKEN team because custom home construction is rewarding and challenging. When he isn’t working, he spends time with his son, coaching Little League, volunteering with Contractor for a Cause, boating, surfing, golfing, and playing baseball and basketball.
