Spectrum is a pedestrian-oriented workforce housing complex in Minneapolis, MN featuring a diverse variety of unit types to welcome a wide range of occupants. The building features an apartment building flanked by townhomes on either side. Altogether, Spectrum contains 102 units in one, two, and four-bedroom configurations. The 62 one-bedroom junior suites are designed to cater to the desires of today’s renter with contemporary finishes and efficient layouts.

Spectrum is the first comprehensive lifestyle community in the Marcy Holmes neighborhood, offering amenities such as a rooftop deck, outdoor pool and year-round hot tub, exercise facilities, and indoor bike storage.
