Scope Of Work
Construction on 1400 Loring commenced in November of 2018. Located in the Loring Park neighborhood; 1400 Loring will consist of 231 units and 10,000 sf of retail space. The project also contains a 2nd floor amenity deck, lobby lounge and fitness center. 1400 Loring is scheduled for completion in Spring 2020.
