David Gan's Bio
David Gan is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Mr. Gan oversees all aspects of AECOM’s global legal function and leads its team of lawyers, legal and compliance and support professionals across the enterprise. His areas of responsibility include corporate governance, M&A and other transactional legal matters, litigation, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management, SEC reporting and all legal support of global operations. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team.
Previously, Mr. Gan held senior legal roles at AECOM, including Deputy General Counsel, AECOM and General Counsel, AECOM Capital. Prior to joining AECOM in 2006, Mr. Gan was a corporate and securities lawyer at Mayer Brown LLP in Los Angeles and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Palo Alto.
Mr. Gan holds a J.D. from University of California, Hastings, M.B.A from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Management Science from University of California, San Diego. He is an Advisory Board member for USC Gould School of Law and Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Institute for Corporate Counsel.

Jay Badame's Bio
Jay Badame is President, Construction Management of AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
During his 40 year career, Mr. Badame has overseen the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings. His current work encompasses several high-profile megaprojects, including Hudson Yards, Manhattan West, and One Vanderbilt. Under his leadership, the Construction Management business has grown to the second largest general contractor in the United States. In addition, his efforts have expanded the company’s coast-to-coast reach, with AECOM now recognized as the largest contractor in New York City and Los Angeles.
Mr. Badame has earned recognition on Commercial Observer’s “Power 100,” was selected as “Humanitarian of the Year” by the Concrete Industry Foundation, and was named the Women Builders Council’s inaugural “He for She” awardee. He serves as Chair of the Board of the Regional Alliance for Small Contractors, Co-Chairman of the Building Trades Employers’ Association, Vice Chairman of the New York Building Foundation, and Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission.
Mr. Badame holds a B.S. in civil engineering with a structural major from Pennsylvania State University.

Lara Poloni is President at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
A longstanding member of the AECOM team, Ms. Poloni has served in several key leadership roles, including as Chief Executive of AECOM’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) from 2017 to 2020, and as Chief Executive of the Australia New Zealand business from 2014 to 2017.
Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Ms. Poloni has predominantly worked in the planning, assessment and development of major infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients, across key transportation and property sectors. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Infrastructure and a former board member for Infrastructure Partnerships Australia.

Steve Morriss's Bio
Steve Morriss is Group President, Design and Consulting Services – Americas of AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Mr. Morriss leads the group's technical services practice areas across the Americas which includes more than 20,000 employees. The capability of the business includes master planning, design, environment, planning, cost management, engineering, program and project management for a range of market sectors including transportation, water, power and energy, sports and leisure, defense, disaster response, education and healthcare. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team at the enterprise level.
Previously, Mr. Morriss served as President and Chief Executive of AECOM’s EMIA geography, which includes the U.K., Continental Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. He joined AECOM in January 2011 from Mouchel where he served as Managing Director of Government and Business Services. Additionally, his 31-year career includes senior executive roles with Serco PLC and WS Atkins.
A Civil Engineer, he also served in the Royal Engineers and Royal Marines Reserve.

Frederick W. Werner's Bio
Frederick "Fred" Werner is Executive Vice President, Growth and Strategy of AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Mr. Werner leverages AECOM’s full breadth of its leading capabilities to win large, complex bids. He previously served as Group President, Design and Consulting Services – Americas where he led the group's technical services practice areas — including architecture, cost consultancy, design, economics, energy, engineering, environmental, planning and program management. He is also a member of AECOM's Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEA) Executive Board, which oversees operational performance and drives strategic growth, as well as a member of AECOM's Executive Leadership Team at the enterprise level.
Previously, Mr. Werner was Chief Growth Officer and President of EMEA, preceded by serving as President, Corporate Development. He has also led AECOM's U.S. Infrastructure Group, which brought together the company's business throughout the U.S. in the fields of transportation, energy, water and development.
Mr. Werner joined AECOM as Chief Executive Officer of the Americas Transportation Group, part of the U.S. Infrastructure Group, following his successful tenure as President of AECOM's legacy DMJM Harris operation.

In this position, Mr. Kapoor oversees the company’s global financial operations — including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, global shared services, internal audit, tax, treasury and global real estate. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team.
Mr. Kapoor has extensive financial leadership experience at AECOM, having served as Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller since December 2016 and Treasurer since October 2019. He previously served in leadership roles at AECOM as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2016 to December 2016 and Senior Vice President, Project Delivery, Americas Design Consulting Services from May 2015 to January 2016.

As a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team, Heather leads the firm’s 400+ global marketing and communications network to advance business development opportunities, inspire brand loyalty, and engage employees and the marketplace. Since joining the company in 2015, her responsibilities include brand and reputation management, advertising, public and media relations, corporate social responsibility, employee communications, digital communications and strategic marketing.
Prior to joining AECOM, Heather was Vice President, Global Corporate Communications, at Avery Dennison, a world leader in labeling and packaging materials and solutions. During her tenure, she led corporate communications initiatives in support of the company’s transformation to a more externally focused and sustainable enterprise. Her responsibilities spanned all facets of communications from reputation management to engagement of the company’s 25,000 employees.
Previously, Heather held corporate communications, marketing and investor relations roles at companies including The Walt Disney Company, WellPoint, Countrywide and KPMG.
In addition, Heather is an active member of the Los Angeles community and currently serves as Board President at the Downtown Women’s Center, dedicated to empowering women experiencing homelessness and formerly homeless women. At the University of Southern California, she is a member of the Board of Governors and an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Public Relations. Heather previously served on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles.

Randall A. Wotring's Bio
Randy Wotring is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Mr. Wotring is responsible for all global operations, including key strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives, and expanding integrated delivery capabilities for AECOM’s service offerings throughout the North America, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe-Middle East-India (EMEA) geographies. He oversees project delivery, global design centers of excellence and collaborative sales, and is a member of AECOM's Executive Leadership Team at the enterprise level.
Most recently, Mr. Wotring was President of Technical and Operational Services for AECOM in which he led the firm’s Management Services group and several key strategic initiatives, including government affairs, expansion in the commercial sector and with global governments, and establishing expertise in resilience on large-scale critical infrastructure projects.
Mr. Wotring joined AECOM from URS Corporation, where he most recently served as President of Federal Services. Under his leadership since 2004, the Federal Services business grew significantly with major programs for the U.S. Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and Energy; NASA; and the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence and Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. With more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Mr. Wotring is active in numerous industry associations. He is a founding member of TimkenSteel Corporation's Board of Directors.

Sean Chiao is President, Asia Pacific, at AECOM. With over 30 years of experience in urban design and management, Sean is responsible for leading operational performance and strategic growth in the Asia Pacific region; this includes 15,000 employees across Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand.
Throughout his career, Sean has played a pivotal role in the creation of award-winning master plans for high-density new towns and the revitalization of existing urban landscapes, including the Kuala Lumpur River of Life; Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor; Bonifacio Global City in Metro Manila; and Suzhou Industrial Park. In 2016, Sean spearheaded the publication Jigsaw City which showcases AECOM’s work and philosophies around forming new urban environments and experiences in Asian cities.
An advocate for inspiring future generations of talent, Sean orchestrated AECOM’s collaboration with Harvard Graduate School of Design. The partnership enables students to explore topical issues related to Asia’s rapid urbanization and empowers them to envision tangible, holistic solutions
