Jim Reif's Bio
Jim started Jim Reif Builders in 1994, with a "Vision to make a Difference". A native of the Manitowoc area, Jim understood what the consumer was looking for: fair pricing, top quality work & service after the sale. Jim received his Journeyman carpenter degree from LTC and has over 30 years experience in construction. He recently received his "Certified Aging -in -Place" certification to assist our aging population to be able to stay in their home longer. He has attend countless seminars in Building Science & Energy Star building.
Jim shares a deep love for his family and believes in making a difference in our community by giving back as much as possible. He recently retired as a Medical First Responder, helping the community in time of need.
Jim feels it is important to keep researching and challenging the company to be better. Quoting Jim, "I truly have been blessed with a great staff and great customers for over 20 years."

Bryan Imohoff's Bio
Bryan joined Jim Reif Builders in November of 1999 as a finish carpenter. In July of 2015, he decided to take on a new adventure and join the Jim Reif Builder design team as an estimator. Prior to working for Jim Reif Builders, he was self-employed as a kitchen and bathroom designer and remodeler. He is a graduate of UW Stout with a bachelor degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Administration. Bryan has continued his education by attending Lakeshore Technical College for Mechanical Design and has also attended Wood-Mode and Fieldstone Kitchen and Bath Design Schools. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, biking and kayaking. Bryan especially enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren.

Tom Arndt's Bio
Tom joined Jim Reif Builders in April of 1999 with his primary responsibilities focused on creative project design and estimating. A native of Manitowoc and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Tom received a bachelor's degree in architecture from the School of Architecture & Urban Planning. He also earned a certificate from Lumber Tech University in Eagan Minnesota, and most recently successfully completed the coursework and is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders. Continuing education is important to Tom to keep abreast of the latest construction techniques and design trends. Tom volunteers his time with the Life Teen education program at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Manitowoc, is a 14 year veteran of the Rockwood Fire Department, currently holding the titles of Captain & Safety Officer & is president of the fire fighters organization. He also is a past board member of Camp TaPaWingo and a House Manager at the Capitol Civic Centre.

Nicole Thomas's Bio
Nicole joined Jim Reif Builders in March of 2014 taking on responsibilities as the Business Operations Coordinator. Nicole brings with her over 10 years of relevant customer service experience spanning multiple industries. After studying business administration at St. Norbert College in DePere, WI, Nicole relocated to the Green Bay metropolitan area where she began her career. Recently, Nicole and her family moved to the Two Rivers area where she has begun a new chapter in the construction industry. As a Wisconsin native originally from Niagara (a small town on the border of the Michigan UP), Nicole appreciates the family values and personalized service local businesses bring to their customers. Her commitment to community can be seen daily in her work ethic as well as in her volunteer activities such as Convoy of Hope.

Chantel De Moulin's Bio
Chantel joined Jim Reif Builders in March of 2012. Her primarily responsibilities are to handle customer billing, change orders, accurate financial reports for the company, handling of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and processing of payroll, and employee benefits. She is a native of Denmark, WI, and graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an Associate Degree in Accounting. With accounting and payroll laws continuously changing, she attends seminars, lunch & learns, and web forums to stay ahead of the changes. Chantel has volunteered her time with the Salvation Army’s Toys for Tots. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes their two dogs, playing volleyball, and socializing with friends.
