Scope Of Work
Located within the Charles River Center in Bellingham the Ulta Beauty and Pier One Imports anchor one end of the building that also features a Whole Foods and Regal Cinemas. The shopping center is owned and operated by WS Development out of Chestnut Hill MA.
Scope of work:
WS Development selected Commonwealth Building to build out the Pier One space with a turnkey delivery and to complete a warm dark shell with new façade and storefront for Ulta Beauty. Both tenants included all new facades and storefronts, all new packaged roof top units, re-demising scope including all new utilities, and modified life safety systems. The tenant interiors for Pier One were built per their prototype.
