Christopher Fontaine's Bio
As President, Chris is responsible for the day to day operations of the Construction Department. Chris offers nearly 20 years of construction industry experience. Chris started his career with CBI in 1995 and has held positions as an estimator, project manager, and senior project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Managementand an Associate degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Chris is OSHA certified and is a member of several industry related associations including the International Council of Shopping Centers; the Retail Design Institute; and the Commercial Construction and Renovation People. Additionally Chris is a member of the Industry Professional Advisory Committee for the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Frank L Trainor's Bio
With over 40 years in the industry, Frank is experienced in all phases of construction. This knowledge and dedication to a team approach for each project sets the tone for all of CBI’s operations. His client based approach creates dedication, quality of workmanship and most of all, a sense of pride in every associate.
As CEO/Chairman, he helps guide the direction of CBI and is responsible for all financial, banking and accounting functions along with legal and insurance requirements.
Frank’s strong commitment to community support is evident in the many organizations he donates his time to; including: Quincy Chamber of Commerce/Quincy 2000 Economic Development where he is member of the Board of Directors, the Quincy Rotary Club, Quincy Youth Hockey Arena Board and for over 20 years, A Proud Member of The Retail Contractor Association. Frank is also a member in a number of various trade related organizations. He holds a Massachusetts and City of Quincy Building License.
Additionally, Frank and his family are proud supporters of the Foundation Fighting Blindness of which he is a National Trustee.

Anthony Matera's Bio
Anthony Matera is an estimator and has been with Commonwealth
Building
since 2015. Anthony completed one of his internships
with Commonwealth
Building while attending Wentworth and was
hired as a full-time employee
upon graduation. Anthony's belief
in building strong relationships helps him
get the most out of
our external partners during the bid process, and as a
project
manager running a project here and there for us when we are
busy.
Anthony graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology
with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Construction Management and
is OSHA 30 certified.
When Anthony is out of the office you can
find him golfing, snowboarding,
hiking, or in his basement
woodworking. He enjoys taking trips out west or
anywhere
tropical. Anthony enjoys hanging out with friends and spending
quality time with his family.
Michael Pindrys 's Bio
Mike joined Commonwealth Building in 2014 assuming an estimator's
role in
which he excels. He is well respected for his hard work,
independence, and
due diligence in putting together estimates,
conceptual budgets, and
proposals. With over 30 years of
practical experience in various roles in the
construction
industry, Mike brings a vast skill set to our preconstruction
team.

University of
Connecticut
Mike resides in Mashpee, MA with
his wife Pam. When not in the office Mike
enjoys home
improvement projects, cooking, and spending time with his
family.
Operations
Addy Shea's Bio
Addy is the General Manager and a longtime employee of CBI since
1992. Her
position encompasses overseeing the general
administration functions of the
company as well as project
coordination. Her background in retail
construction including
positions with several retailers prior to joining CBI,
allows
her to utilize these experiences to contribute and enhance the
core
values of CBl. Addy believes strongly in fostering
relationships with Our many
vendors, subcontractors, and
clients, helping to ensure a positive collaboration
for all CBI
projects.

Greg Blasenak's Bio
As Director of Field Operations, Greg is responsible to manage and
mentor our
superintendent team and field staff. He monitors our
field operations
processes and ensures that we deliver the
highest standards of quality
assurance and quality control
throughout the life cycle of each project.
Residential and
Commercial Construction has been his life for 34 years. His
vast
experience encompasses working as a carpenter, superintendent,
project
manager, estimator, operations manager, and business
owner.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from Wentworth
Institute of Technology.
Greg
resides in Mattapoisett with his wife Maria and enjoys the Salt Life.
His
free time is boating and anything outdoors. Wood working
projects and wood
boat building is his passion.
Greg Toppi's Bio
Greg Toppi has been a Project Manager for Commonwealth Building,
Inc.
since 2018. Greg has over 20 years of construction
experience including high
end residential and light commercial.
Prior to coming on board to CBI, Greg
managed the Real Estate
and Construction divisions of two national
franchises. Greg
brings a unique perspective having worked from the client
side
and understands their needs, the challenges they face and the
importance of delivering projects on time.
Greg holds an
Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License and a Real
Estate
Salesperson Licens
Greg resides in Marshfield, MA with his wife
Gena and two children. When not
Working, Greg enjoys
woodworking, mountain biking and fishing with his
family.
Keith Happeny's Bio
Keith Happeny is a Project Manager and has been a member of the
Commonwealth Building team for over 20 years. His hard work and
determination have allowed him to perform various positions in the
field and
office including laborer, superintendent, and project
management. Keith's
strong communication and interpersonal
skills allow him to specialize in open
operation remodels and
renovation projects.
Keith holdsa Construction supervisors
License and an Osha 30 certification.
Outside the office; Keith
likes to spend time with friends and family, camping
and
fishing. Keith enjoys watching and cheering on his favorite local
sports
teams the Celtics, Patriots, Bruins and Sox! Keith is a
very proud father of his
two daughters Michaela (16) and Paige
(12) and husband to his wife Cheryl.
Scot Trainor's Bio
Scot manages the day to day operations of our maintenance division.
He also
coordinates and schedules our on-site field team as well
as manages our in-
house inventory including supplies, tools,
and equipment. Scot is a very
dedicated and loyal team member
that has been with Commonwealth Building
his entire career. With
over 20 years of experience, Scot has held various
positions in
the field and in the office. Scot's persistence and determination
to
get things done has been and will continue to be a great
asset for our
organization.

Steve Barrett's Bio
Steve Barrett is a senior project manager and has been with the
company for
over 20 years with over 10 years of experience
performing various roles in the
field before transitioning into
project management. He offers a wide range of
experience
including our larger and more complex projects in the retail,
restaurant, corporate, and commercial market sectors. Steve's history
in the
company, exceptional management skills, and technical
skills have allowed
him to be an excellent teacher, mediator,
and mentor.
Steve holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor
License and an OSHA 30
certification.
Steve lives in
Braintree, MA with his wife Shannon, and their daughters Hannah
and Ashlyn.

Mary Lynch Blackstone's Bio
Having worked in the Construction industry since early 90s, Mary
manages
the Accounting Department by overseeing all financial
activities and insuring
best Accounting practices. Among Mary's
responsibilities are cash
management, preparing monthly
Financial Statements and preparation for
annual audits.
Burdett School of Business, Accounting and BHCC- Business
Management.
In Mary's free time she loves cooking for friends
and family. When she has
time off, Mary loves traveling abroad.

Bob Leahy's Bio
Bob has held numerous roles at Commonwealth Building spanning over
30
years, including Superitendent, Carpenter, and now
Maintenance Mechanic.
Bob enjoys spending time with his wife
Patti, their 3 kids and their spouses.
Bob is looking forward to
his first grandchild who will be here 2021.
Bob Pond's Bio
Bob has been with Commonwealth Building for almost 30 years. Bob has
held
positions as a fixturing mechanic and carpenter, prior to
being promoted to
superintendent. He specializes in open
operation renovations in the retail and
corporate markets.
Darren Andrews's Bio
Darren has been with our organization for 32 years. Darren has held
positions
as a laborer and carpenter, prior to being promoted to
a Superintendent.
Darren has completed many projects through his
long career and is a well
rounded Superintendent.
Outside
of work Darren enjoys spending time with his family, competing
in
body building competitions, working on his sports car and
riding his
motorcycle.
Frank Yanovich's Bio
Frank has been with Commonwealth Building for almost 20 years. He is
a wel
rounded repair mechanic that works within our Maintenance
and Special
projects division.
Frank enjoys his time with
family, camping, fishing, cooking, and gardening.
Jorge Cabral's Bio
Jorge has been a superintendent for us for 6 years and has over 15
years
construction experience. His amazing work ethic, high
moral character, and
his get-it done mentality has helped him
become a valuable member of our
field team and a great asset for
us moving forward.
When Jorge is not working he enjoys spending
quality time with his family.
Mike Mcsheffrey's Bio
Mike has been a superintendent for Commonwealth Building for 13
years.
Prior to working at Commonwealth Building, Mike was a
project manager and
superintendent for The Flatley Company and
he served 6 years in the Army
National Guard. Mike brings a
wealth of experience, a very strong will and
work ethic, and a
highly successful track record for completing our most
challenging projects.
Mike holds an associates degree in
Building Construction from Wentworth
Institute of Technology. He
also received a HVAC technician certificate from
The Peterson
School and an Electrical Engineering certificate from
Northeastern University
In his spare time Mike enjoys time with
his family.
Steve Miller's Bio
Steve has been a key member of our organization for more than 35
years. He
is a well rounded superintendent with a vast amount of
experience in all our
market sectors. Steve's technical
knowledge is second to none and has the
ability to take on any
project we send his way.
Outside of work Steve enjoys riding and
working on motorcycles, boating and
fishing in Minnesota in the spring.
Suzanne Dinicola's Bio
Sue is our welcoming presence at the reception that happily greets
guests,
visitors, and our internal team members. She also
handles many
administrative duties such as filing, answering
calls, documentation, mail, and
ganization. As a team member of
Commonwealth Building since 2016, Sue
fits in well with her
cheerful and always positive attitude.
Sue resides in Braintree
with her husband Joe and is the proud mom of her
son Greg and
daughter Ellen. Outside of work Sue enjoys traveling,
crocheting,
and reading.
