Scope Of Work
PetSmart the privately held American chain of pet superstores relocated their existing store in Fall River into the new vibrate SouthCoast Marketplace. CEA Group and PCA Architects turned the existing mall inside out to develop SouthCoast Marketplace, a lifestyle center with a fresh and modern place to shop and socialize.
Scope of work:
Commonwealth Building was selected by the Developer CEA Group to fit out the space in a turnkey lease delivery for PetSmart. Some of the features include the pinnacle nutrition center, full service grooming salon and tub room, cat adoption play room, aquatics, and training space. Renovations include polished concrete floors, laminated wall paneling systems, open deck design, LED lighting, clean interior glass sections, and all new MEP systems.
