Scope Of Work
This 88,947-square-foot, four-story wood frame building sits on a footprint of under two acres. It features 117 suites and 4,200 square feet of community space. Additional hotel amenities include a saline-based pool, patios with grills, outdoor seating areas, a 24-hour business center, an exercise trail that circles the property, and an integrated guest laundry and exercise space. There are also 10,000 square feet of retail space (for up to seven possible units) on the ground floor fronting State Street.
