Our Story

In 1945, Eric Hogan founded our company to  homes for returning World War II soldiers. Shortly after, the company’s focus shifted to commercial  with being the low bid on a local school project—and we have never looked back. Through the years Hogan hasn’t lost sight of what matters: helping the client get the best value in contractor services. Our service methods haven’t changed, although our tools and technology have.

Our firm was formally established as Hogan & Associates  in 1995 (until then we were known as Hogan & Tingey) and we have become one of the Intermountain West’s premier  companies.

We have a term for how we do business. It’s “The Hogan Way.” It’s keeping promises and doing business with a handshake. It is making decisions as Eric would have. By working with that ideal in mind, Hogan & Associates  is prepared to  for another sixty years and beyond!
