Diversified Construction was established in 1981 by Dave Marley. We started as a small scale residential contractor.  Due to the company's outstanding relationship with the area's best and most dependable subcontractors, as well as numerous recommendations from town building inspectors and officials, the company quickly grew.  Today, project range from simple repairs to multi-million dollar commercial build-outs.

The staff at Diversified Construction is well versed in local, state and national building codes. We subscribe to continuing education through architectural and building seminars to keep abreast of the ever-changing laws that govern the construction industry.  Additionally, our continual training provides us with the knowledge to utilize the latest technologically advanced materials and equipment.

Diversified Construction can work as a general contracting company putting your construction team together, as a fee-based construction manager, or as a design/build to building occupancy.  Diversified Real Estate, the real estate branch of Diversified Construction Services, LLC, is owned and operated as a separate company by one of the Diversified Construction's principal owners.
