Scope Of Work
C.D. Smith Construction was hired as Construction Manager for the addition and renovation project at St. Gabriel Catholic Parish. The 40,181 SF school addition was built to the pre-existing parish to expand the K-6 grade education program offered to members of the church. Classrooms were designed specifically to foster optimal learning environments in Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art and Math or STREAM, featuring a variety of learning stations as well as modern technology. Additionally, the school was built with two reading and literature areas arranged to nurture the wide spectrum of students’ levels and abilities. The project features a Fellowship Hall with seating capacity of 250 people. A 4,274 SF renovation was also made to modernize and update the existing offices for the parish.
