Scope Of Work
Deborah Bradley Construction & Management Services Inc. has performed roughly 50 interior and exterior modication projects for the New York City School Construction Authority as a Prime General Contractor since 1998. Interior projects include new science labs, library renovations, cafeteria & auditorium upgrades, new classrooms including an electrical training lab, dance studio & an aeronautics classroom with a flight simulator as well as numerous bathroom upgrades and flooring reconstruction. Most recently, DBC has been involved in the construction of several Pre-K schools as part of Mayor de Blasio’s new Pre-K program. DBC’s exterior projects include several façade restorations, numerous waterproofing remediation projects, new playgrounds, ballfields and a new retaining wall.
DBC began working with the School Construction Authority in the SCA’s signature mentor program, followed by the graduate mentor program and received the Women Business Enterprise of the Year Award in 2008 for the firm’s outstanding work with the Authority.
DBC now works primarily on Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and Emergency work with the SCA and enjoys continued success with the authority
