Scope Of Work

Deborah Bradley Construction & Management Services Inc. performed as the prime site contractor directly for the Dormitory Authority of New York on both the Phase I Site Drainage and Phase II Site Work packages for the Medgar Evers College new Academic Building. The building was constructed on the corner of Crown and Bedford Streets in Brooklyn NY.

The Phase I Site work package included the excavation for and installation of three newdetention tanks including connections in the street. The Phase II site package included the construction of a perimeter structural concrete retaining wall with an overlay architectural concrete board form finish. Phase II also included various structural and architectural concrete intake and outtake structures as well as concrete curb walls, entrance stairs and the excavation for and completion of other utility connections
