Scope Of Work
Working with Woodmont Industrial Partners and Blue Rock Construction, Inc., Horst Excavating completed the sitework for this large industrial project. Capital Logistics Center is a six-building, 1.5-million-square-foot industrial park in Middletown, PA. Woodmont Industrial Partners was repurposing a 1950s-era warehouse into a Class-A distribution facility.
