Scope Of Work
Horst Excavating was the single prime contractor of this multi-phased project that addressed overflow parking, general site improvements, and walking pathways. The compact design of the parking facilities, combined with open space, trees, and native landscape plantings result in a park-like setting. This project won the Envision Lancaster County Achievement Award.
