Scope Of Work

This Class “A” interior tenant improvement project consisted of showroom and restroom construction with special custom finishes, a structural steel entry with frosted storefront glass, custom designed steel soffits, and marble flooring.

NDL Group, Inc. provided general contracting, project management, construction supervision, and design-build services for the Ainsworth Game Technology Showroom and Restrooms project. Recommendations and assistance was given with the initial space planning and finish selections. Special attention was required to maintain the strict project schedule and final completion was achieved on-time with no days added for the additional work requested by the client.
