Nathan Schweigart, President and founder of NDL Group, Inc., has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of the construction field. He began his professional career in the roofing industry where he worked his way from a roofer at Bryant Universal Roofers into a management role taking on responsibilities such as estimating, material purchasing, and permitting. Prior to pursuing his contractor’s license, he was the manager of re-roofing operations for Commercial Roofers, a large commercial roofing and waterproofing firm with sales in excess of 10 million annually.

Nathan used his experience with contracting and engineering plans and specification interpretation to his advantage when opening NDL Group, Inc. in 2003. He is responsible for all day to day decision making and is a hands on owner who assists his staff with construction budgets, mentoring, and review of in-house design-build plans and specifications. Nathan is adept at coordinating an entire construction team including architects, owners, and consultants which ensures the proper execution of construction projects. Because of his vast knowledge of construction, NDL Group, Inc. is one of the few self-performing contracting firms in Southern Nevada which helps clients control costs and execute construction changes without relying 100% on subcontractors.

Nathan maintains a continuing affiliation with organizations such as IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) and RCI (Roof Consultants Institute).  All are part of his commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest construction trends and techniques in order to continually strive to improve the operations of NDL Group, Inc.

Outside of NDL Group, Inc., Nathan enjoys spending time with his young son and wife appreciating personal interests such as, aviation, camping and golfing.  He previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Board Treasurer for Safe Nest, Nevada’s largest and most comprehensive charity devoted to domestic violence issues.

Scott Klempke joined NDL Group Inc. in 2016 as Project Manager and Estimator for the company. His duties include, compiling and qualifying costs, drawing up contracts, management of trades for the company, as well as, scheduling and completing construction projects within timeline and budget. Prior to joining NDL Group Inc., Klempke was with Enviro-Management Intl., where his various responsibilities included estimating and project management for an electrical company. Preceding that, he owned and operated Executive Construction Management. His firm constructed the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a bridge suspended nearly 4,000 feet above the canyon floor located in Grand Canyon West.

Eileen Rapone is more than an office manager, she is the reason why clients are billed, and employees, subcontractors and suppliers are paid in a timely manner. A 31-year bookkeeping professional, Rapone has always had a love for numbers. She joined NDL Group Inc., in 2010 and continues to makes sure that NDL Group Inc’s operations and procedures are a well-oiled machine. Her duties include, payroll quarterlies and year end filing, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions and all purchases large or small made by the company. Prior to working at NDL Group Inc., Rapone was a bookkeeper at John Burke Architect. When not crunching numbers, Rapone enjoys spending time with her 6 grandkids and quilting blankets.

Paul Valen joined NDL Group Inc. first as Senior Construction Manager in 2015 before being promoted to General Superintendent and Operations Manager in 2016. Valen’s duties include being the liaison between the field and office operations, involvement in all phases of a construction life cycle from pre-construction estimates and constructability reviews, through turn over and training of the new owner. Valen has more than 13 years in the construction industry and previously worked for Caterpillar Global Mining as Facilities Manager.

Paula Woolman, Project Manager and CAD Drafter: Paula Woolman joined NDL Group Inc. in 2009 as Project Manager and CAD Drafter for the company and has been a project manager for seven years and a drafter for 23 years. Her current duties include the management of tenant improvement projects, drafting design/build architectural tenant improvement plans, submitting plans for permits, preparing bid displays, compiling estimates from subcontractors and writing proposals. Prior to joining NDL Group Inc., Woolman was with Dunnam Civil Engineers, where she was a Drafter and CAD Manager. A 1997 graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, she continues to use her degree in her current profession as the liaison between clients, subcontractors and superintendents. Outside of NDL Group Inc., Woolman enjoys karaoke with her husband and organizes a yearly Childhood Cancer Research fundraising event. Her interest in childhood cancer charities including The Ronan Thompson Foundation, St. Baldrick’s Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation developed after her then 3-year-old niece was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma cancer in 2013. Her niece has had no evidence of disease since April of 2014 and finished treatment in September of 2014.

Rod Stewart is a 35-year expert in the construction field and has been with NDL Group Inc. for two years as a project manager and service department manager. His duties include estimating, project management, customer relations, sales and he is also a qualified Butler Buildings representative. Butler Builders are the largest network of construction professionals in the world, with more than 1,400 builders worldwide. Prior to joining NDL Group Inc., Stewart was with Gibson Construction where he was a project manager and estimator. When not supervising various client projects, Stewart can be seen enjoying the great outdoors with his six grandchildren.
