Quinn Martin is CEO of Tri Scapes Inc.with direct responsibilities for marketing to new customers and managing the construction division. He has over 25 years in the horticulture industry and managed over $50,000,000.00 in construction and maintenance for Tri Scapes Inc during his tenure.

He believes that his long family heritage of farming along with his father’s hard work ethics molded him for the industry. His first job as a 9 year old was selling watermelons out of a truck on the road side. That later evolved to picking up aluminum cans, selling firewood, baling and selling pine straw then mowing lawns. Both his parents encouraged hard work, low debt, good education and serving others. He thrives to instill these beliefs on others.

Quinn believes that your greatest success begin with overcoming your failures, these experiences mold you for future life challenges.

Rebecca Martin, President and CFO of Tri Scapes, Inc., co-founded the company in 1993.  A lifelong resident of Forsyth County with an extensive background in entrepreneurship, she has culminated a 25 year career in raising successful businesses.  Aside from Tri Scapes, she parented companies ranging from retail garden centers to custom framing stores and real estate investment holdings.  She is dedicated to her family and her community and in her free time can be found cooking, traveling, and working to help those in need through Unseen Hand.  Considered by many as the “company glue”, she brings a well balanced feminine energy to a male dominated industry.

Terry Teakell  is a vice president and director of maintenance for Tri Scapes, Inc. and has worked in the Atlanta green industry since 1981. Prior to joining Tri Scapes in January of 2008, Terry worked for Post Properties and HighGrove Partners. He is an ISA certified arborist, TWIC Certified Team Member, IA certified landscape irrigation auditor (CLIA), a Certified GA Nurseryman, a licensed pesticide applicator for Categories 24, 26 and 27 within the state of Georgia and has earned his Tree Risk Assessment Qualification. He has been  to his wife Debra married for 30 years and shares their home with four cats and a 110 pound Rottweiler.

Jonathan Zambrano is an estimator for Tri Scapes.  He holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Construction Management with a concentration in Land Development and Project Management, Architecture and Business Management from SPSU and is a certified LEED Green Associate.  Some of Jonathan’s other achievements and awards include USGBC – LEED Green Associate, OSHA 30 hours, and the 2012 SPSU NECA GEC Chairman (1st place poster competition).  He is bilingual in both English and Spanish and in his free time enjoys catching up with friends and family after work, playing golf, tennis, and billiards. He also loves watching sports, especially soccer and the MLS teams.

Jordan Gray is a Junior Estimator at Tri Scapes and is a graduate of North Georgia College with a degree in Business Administration. He was born along side his twin in Birmingham, AL and moved to Georgia during high school.  In his free time he enjoys crossfit, playing and watching sports (especially University of Alabama football) and being outside.

Ryan Hogan is a vice president and head of estimating and business development at Tri Scapes Inc.  He graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Horticulture and has been with TSI since 2008.  Born in Birmingham, AL, he spends his free time  helping coach his two  daughters’ fast pitch softball teams, leading  a 5th grade boys AWANAS class, and spending time with his wife of fifteen years.  A true outdoors man at heart he enjoys mountain biking, fishing, water skiing, camping and running.

Johnny Brister is a Project Manager for Tri Scapes and has been working in construction since graduating high school.  He attended West Georgia College where he earned his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration.  His certifications include Qualified Personnel Level 1A, Georgia DOT Worksite Erosion Control Supervisor, Certified Helical Installer, Competent Person-Excavation, and Competent Person-Confined Spaces.  He enjoys water resource and civil based projects.

Johnny was born and raised in Austell, GA and has lived in Cumming for 10 years.  He and his wife have been married for 12 years and have a 6 year old daughter named Sydney who plays soccer on fields that he built.  In his free time he spends time with his family and is active in Habitat for Humanity where he is a supervisor.

Marco Morga is the Operations Manager for Tri Scapes, Inc. and has been a valued member of the company for 17 years.  He began his career in landscaping maintenance in 1993 and is responsible for managing the daily activities of the maintenance teams.  Marco is married with two kids and in his spare time enjoys playing baseball.

Matt Powers is the Southeast Georgia Regional Manager for Tri Scapes. He had 9 years of previous experience in Land Management and Maintenance with Georgia Power Co. before beginning his career with Tri Scapes in 2017.   He has a little girl that is 4 years old and in his free time enjoys watching sports and spending time with his daughter.

Terry Wright is the Customer Relations Manager at Tri Scapes and has been in the landscaping industry for over 27 years. He is also a Certified GA Nurseryman.  Hailing from Tennessee, Terry has been married to his high school sweetheart for 30 years and has four children.  He loves college football  (especially the Tennessee Volunteers) and enjoys watching his two youngest kids play football.  In his spare time he likes to go camping and kayaking on the Chattahoochee River.

Will Davis is a Production Manager with Tri Scapes and has a Bachelors of Business Management.  He was born and raised in Loganville, Ga and has over 13 years in the tree care industry. He has a daughter and a son and in his free time can be found spending as much time as possible with hi family and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.  He also loves outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, football and water sports.
 

Carl Sharp works in Business Development for Tri Scapes and has been in sales in the construction industry and others for 25 years.  He graduated with a Degree in Psychology and has lived in Forsyth County for 35 years.  Carl is married with four children and in his free time enjoys watching all sports, spending time with his wonderful wife, family and church family at First Redeemer.

Tyler Mathis works in Business Development with Tri Scapes and is the newest addition to the team.  He has a Bachelors of Science in Political Science from North Georgia College and while he has been working in the criminal justice field for the past 3 years, he has decided to  make a career change into the construction field.  He was born and raised in Cumming, GA and has been married for 2 years.  In his free time he loves watching any sport a ball is required to play, hanging out with family , friends, and his dog Simon.

Heidi Roper is vice president and head of HR and Accounting at Tri Scapes Inc. and has been with the company for over ten years.  Holding multiple positions over the last decade has provided her with an in depth understanding of all that is TSI and generally catapults her out of HR and into other departments to help on a daily basis.  When she is not at TSI she can be found devouring crime novels, spending time with family and engaging her greatest passion in life- her two little girls.
