Scope Of Work
Caulk, remove old caulk; install backer rods and re-seal with Sika LM 150 (appx 30lf)
Edge Repairs (appx 12 sf)
Stucco Repairs, (approximately 148sf)
Stairs:Total four (4) exterior stairways each with 6”x6” quarry tile as follows:
2 stairways with 3 landings each and 14 stairs 158sf each stairway.
2 stairways with 2 landings and 12 stairs 82sf.
Remove old grip tape and glue residue from stairs. Deep clean all stairs and landings, replace missing grout and color seal all terracotta grout sealer.
* Removal of tread grip tape and glue included. Replacement of tread grip tape not included.
