Scope Of Work
Ulliman Schutte is currently in the construction phase of this exciting CMAR project for the City of Grand Forks. Along with our JV partner, Construction Engineers, as well as Design Engineer AE2S and Architect JLG*, our team developed a solution that fulfills all the City's needs with regard to form, funciton, and budget.
