Ulliman Schutte is a company of engineering and construction professionals. We specialize in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated utility work in the United States. By focusing on this unique and challenging industry, we have developed and fine-tuned our resources and systems to excel at delivering the best value to our clients.  Our drive to exceed expectations has led to success in Design-Build and Construction Manager at-Risk delivery methods, and we continue to lead the industry in the advocacy and implementation of collaborative delivery in the water and wastewater construction market.

Our flexible project leadership structures allow us to competitively support projects of all sizes.  Ulliman Schutte has the resources, capabilities, and bonding support to complete projects in excess of $500 Million.  However, we also provide the highest level of service on projects valued less than $1 Million.

LOCATIONS

Ulliman Schutte's corporate office is located in Miamisburg, Ohio.  We currently maintain additional offices in Maryland and Virginia. In addition, each of our project sites typically includes a fully-staffed temporary office with managers, superintendents, engineers, safety and quality managers, schedulers, and other professionals located on the plant.  This co-location with our client and design professionals provides the optimum environment for teamwork and productivity.
