Visited design Engineering firms and construction sites to inspect work and monitor the progress.
Six years with Sherwin Williams Co. as Project Engineer. Managing and coordinating all phases of major capital and plant projects from inception through final construction. Project responsibilities included preparing conceptual studies, preliminary design, and layouts; estimated project costs; preparing engineering alternatives; coordinating final design with various engineering disciplines. Field responsibilities included negotiating and administrating construction contracts; inspecting construction work and equipment; approving Vendor's drawings & Specifications; controlling construction cost and schedule, and administrating project startups.
