Scope Of Work
The IDOT Eisenhower Maintenance Facility consists of a 14,600 square foot vehicle storage building with a 2,600 square foot commercial vehicle wash bay, a 7,600 square foot vehicle maintenance building, and a 6,000 square foot Administration Building. The vehicle storage building has several large overhead doors to accommodate numerous salt trucks including a wash bay equipped with a truck washing system. The vehicle maintenance building has a roof supported lube/air system, a vehicle exhaust system and two electronic controlled vehicle lifts. The Administration building is finished with several offices, a locker room, and lunch room facilities.
