Greg has worked with the company since he was a child.  He has over 55 years experience in the industry and oversees all operations of the company.  In his time as President and CEO he has steadily grown and led the company to be one of the most respected contractors in the region.

Greg enjoys spending time with his family, telling jokes, cooking, golfing, and fine tequila.

Joe’s experience in construction has been focused on estimating residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Zlotnick, he led estimating operations for a regional drywall contractor.  He is responsible for all aspects of estimating and business development for Zlotnick.

Joe enjoys biking, skiing, camping, hiking, traveling, automobiles and listening to jazz and classic rock music.

Peter began with the company as a laborer and has transitioned to his current position overseeing administrative aspects of the company, including accounting, estimating, marketing, and operations. 

He also proudly serves in the CT Air National Guard, flying the C-130 Hercules.

Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Karyn and their 95 lb. puppy Leo, his family and friends, golfing, traveling and anything aeronautical.

Tom began working with his family’s company sweeping floors and then became a foreman before taking on the responsibilities of Estimator and Project Manager. Those skills have served him well as he is now a versatile team player for Zlotnick, working in both roles.

Tom enjoys cooking for his family and friends, shooting sports, and at one point ran his own Martial Arts school.

Doug gained interest in construction at an early age by visiting jobsites with his father who was a long time project manager. Doug worked in the field as an assistant superintendent after graduating and used that field experience to develop into project management and estimating.

Doug enjoys spending time with his wife Tabitha, their English lab Mazi, his friends and family, playing golf as well as any outdoor activity.

Dylan started working at 17 for his parents automotive shop, gaining technical and communication skills. His undergraduate degree focused on structural engineering, and he worked in that field for a year prior to joining the Zlotnick team.

Dylan enjoys spending his free time rock climbing, camping, snowboarding and other various outdoor activities.

Mike began working for a regional flooring company before gaining employment at Zlotnick Construction. He has worked as a Carpenter, Superintendent, and he is now a Project Manager for the company.

Mike enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin in upstate New York where he hunts, fishes and snowmobiles.

Lisa has worked in nearly all departments of the company.  Currently she manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the company’s I.T. infrastructure. 

Lisa enjoys visiting her family, camping and vacationing in North Carolina.
