David & Goliath Builders, Inc.

In 1985 David Rodrigues started a home building company, David & Goliath Builders Inc.. He wanted to base it on the values of DEPENDABILITY, HONESTY and HARDWORK. When looking to name his new business, David looked no further than to his trustworthy dog Goliath for inspiration. At the beginning of his business, David was accompanied by his canine companion, Goliath, a Black Labrador. Goliath went everywhere with David. He was a great companion and business partner.  He always listened, he didn’t talk back, he never called in sick, he made sure every jobsite was critter free and he didn’t want much in payment just a snack from David’s lunch pail.

Goliath is no longer with us, his last jobsite visit was our Award Winning 1989 MBA Parade of Homes model.  But his lengend lives on…for the last 25 years, David & Goliath Builders has prided itself in building or remodeling each project like it is our own home.  Out reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship is because of our skilled craftsmen.
