JTM Construction was founded with a vision to be positively engaged in building the neighborhoods, work places, and infrastructure support systems of the Pacific Northwest.

The principals and employees of JTM Construction provide expertise in multiple market sectors including class “A” office buildings, performing arts centers, medical facilities, hotels, retail centers, parking structures and warehouse buildings. We specialize in performing exceptional pre-construction and construction services, in a negotiated, team environment. Our client base consists of loyal, active, repeat clients, in addition to new clients with whom relationships are keenly nurtured and developed.

JTM Construction is a subsidiary of Fisher Companies, a privately held construction services company primarily active in the western United States. Our affiliation merges the expertise of JTM Construction with the five decades of experience of Fisher & Sons, Inc. and FSI Architects to make our team one of the Northwest’s most respected design/build commercial general contractors. We are known for expert project management, exceptional subcontractor relationships and meticulous attention to detail.
