Custom Structures, Inc.

CS Custom Structures, Inc. was founded by C. Scott Elliott in March 2003. His mission was to bring good design back to the community.  His father’s father was a builder and his mothers’ father was an artist and decorated World War II veteran. With a strong passion for design and construction, Scott merged both elements based on the influence of his two grandfathers.

Over the years the firm has evolved from a one-person operation to a vibrant design and build firm, employing over 25 professionals striving for excellence and superior craftsmanship.  We also understand that our client’s homes are their sanctuary and one of the biggest investments they will ever make.  We are honored to take on the role of making our client’s dreams come true.

By also providing commercial design and construction services, we understand that our client’s businesses must be completed in a  timely, coordinated and planned manner to ensure  minimum disruption.

Custom means one of a kind and at CS Custom Structures, Inc., we never duplicate our designs. We make that commitment to our clients through design as well as construction.

As a designer seals his drawings and as an artist signs his work, we are proud to sign off on our work with a bronze plaque on every structure we design and build.  This plaque is our symbol of quality and craftsmanship in the work we do.  This signature of exceptional craftsmanship conveys our  pride in putting good design back into the construction field.
