Louis B. "Dee" Sullivan, III, joined Clay in early 2007.
Prior to joining Clay, he was a senior partner with the Nathan Sommers
law firm in Houston, Texas, representing both local and national real
estate developers in all aspects of commercial real estate, including
acquisition, development, financing, leasing and partnership matters.
He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in
Finance, and the University of Houston Law Center, where he was an
Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review. Dee’s primary role at Clay
is to coordinate its legal affairs and to participate in all aspects
of new projects including land acquisition, structuring of
ownership/development entities, development issues, leasing, and
construction and permanent financing for projects.
