Andrew M. Smith's Bio
Andrew Smith is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.S. in Biomedical Science, and a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences. After working in the public research sector for four years, Andrew put his training in project management and data analysis/interpretation towards the private sector.
?In 2011, Andrew joined McRight-Smith’s Business Development Team, where he was involved in the daily operations of multiple subsidiaries of McRight-Smith Holdings, most notably, McRight-Smith Construction. In January of 2013, Andrew was made a full equity partner of McRight-Smith Holdings. After playing a major role in the growth of McRight-Smith Construction for several years, Andrew was named President of McRight-Smith Construction in July, 2014.

As President Andrew’s responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategic goals and managing the overall operations and resources of McRight-Smith Construction. Most importantly, Andrew is also responsible for ensuring that McRight-Smith Construction maintains the highest standards of corporate integrity and citizenship.

Clay brought over 30 years’ experience as a business development/operations management professional to McRight-Smith, joining the company in 2008. His career is one marked by ever greater responsibilities and noteworthy accomplishment. His strong foundation in project management, combined with a unique ability to understand and communicate with people at all levels, creates an environment leading to exceptional service and quality results for our clients.

Responsibilities
As Senior Vice President, Clay is involved in our business development process and provides leadership to our project management, including both our office based and field based company associates. He is focused on delivering superior service by understanding our existing and potential client's needs and connecting the precise resources necessary to deliver the greatest value to each project. He works closely with our clients to define high quality, cost effective solutions through intelligent pre-construction preparation and focused project management.

Chris Montasser's Bio
A graduate of a Texas Tech University's Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering, Chris began his career as a practicing engineer. After working as a Civil Design Engineer, Chris made the move to construction management, joining McRight-Smith in 2014, where he draws upon both his past experiences and deep knowledge of all facets of the company’s business to effectively manage all portions of projects from concept through design and cost contracting.
?Responsibilities
Chris is responsible for overseeing the vitally important
pre-construction aspects of Project Management while also playing an active role with the Business Development Team. Chris takes part in client meetings during the early phases of design in order to effectively evaluate and set the project's budget and scheduling goals, regardless of the project delivery method (i.e., Construction Management, Design/Build, etc.).
This coordination in the early phases of the project ensures that realistic goals are set, and projects always come in on time and on budget. Additionally, Chris assists with the development of corporate goals and strategies, and is a key component partner in implementing those strategies.

Rita Ingram's Bio
Rita Ingram has been in the field of Construction Management for nearly twenty years, during which time she has garnered a solid reputation for delivering complex projects and process leadership while delivering numerous major projects. Her experience, combined with her exceptional quantitative and qualitative skills, allow her to successfully direct project management operations, and ensure maximum productivity and enhanced quality for our clients.
?Responsibilities
As Director of Construction, Rita oversees the planning and scheduling for all McRight-Smith projects, working to facilitate an efficient transition between the Pre-Construction and Construction Teams at the start of each project. Rita works closely with our Project Managers throughout construction, providing guidance in the areas of resource allocation and project accounting, as well as technical direction and ensuring compliance with our quality standards. By ensuring focused project management procedures are utilized throughout each project, Rita ensures that our clients’ projects are delivered on time, and more importantly, on budget.

Richard French's Bio
After graduation from Oakland College, Richard French began his career in construction as an executive for a commercial developer specializing in office buildings and condominium construction throughout the upper Midwest.
Richard continued his career in the construction management industry after relocating to Texas, in the early 1990s. In 2006, Richard joined McRight-Smith to lead the company’s business development efforts.
Responsibilities
Richard is responsible for building and maintaining the relationships with our clients, and ensures the highest levels of customer service and client satisfaction. His extensive experience as a Construction Manager and Design Builder allows him to guide and counsel our clients from the early conceptual stages of the project and help take their ideas from dreams to reality.
