Growing up in Chattanooga, TN, Todd worked side by side with his father in construction. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, he moved to Hilton Head & started H2 Builders. Throughout the thick and thin of the housing market, Todd was one of the only builders in the area who maintained his company’s success, integrity, and financial stability. For 25+ years, Todd has ensured H2 remains a staple in the community and the leading force in the Lowcountry’s building industry. Todd resides on the island with his wife of 28 years, Tracy, and his son, Hunter.

Lou began working as a carpenter in 1992 and has worked in residential construction since. He joined the H2 TEAM in 2013, after moving from New Jersey with his wife and four daughters. Lou is committed to giving H2’s clients a finished project that exceeds expectations.

Gus joined the H2 TEAM in 2005 as a project manager and moved into his current role as Executive VP of Sales in 2010. He is originally from Chattanooga TN and moved to Bluffton in 2005 with his wife and their 3 children. Gus is a licensed SC residential homebuilder. He loves helping clients through the design/build process and creating amazing homes. Gus and his family reside in Palmetto Bluff.

Rush graduated from Clemson with a B.S. degree in Business Management and played for the Clemson football team throughout his collegiate years. Rush is originally from Darlington, SC and is a licensed real estate agent. He joined the H2 Team as the VP of Sales in 2008. Rush and his wife have 3 beautiful daughters.
