Scope Of Work

This project consisted of a design/build of a warehouse building and construction of an operations building that included administrative offices and a laboratory. The warehouse was a design/buildcontract for a 5000 square foot metal building of 50’x100’x20’ dimensions including concrete foundations and slab, electric heating systems, electrical systems, and two mechanical overhead doors. The operations Building is a 3,786 square foot single story split face concrete block building with concrete slab, hollow core slab roof deck, quarry tile floors, gypsum drywall interior walls, acoustical ceiling tile, electrical systems,and mechanical and plumbing systems. Included  in the area of the building is a control room, laboratory, conference room, offices and maintenance area.
