Scope Of Work
This turn-key / project is a two-story mixed occupancy facility with a total of 5,086 square feet.
The lower floor is occupied by a pharmacy. The upper floor is a leased area.
The project included extensive grading of the site; asphalt paved parking area with curbing, and poured concrete retaining walls, steel mezzanine, conventional framing, and brick veneer exterior. The interior finishes consisted of gypsum walls, acoustical ceiling, VCT flooring and typical pharmacy cabinetry.
