Scope Of Work
Trehel served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new Walhalla High School project and was responsible for construction administration, scheduling, and procurement of all materials, systems, and subcontractors. The main building is 260,000 square-feet and will accommodate up to 1,300 students. The scope of work also included construction of a 4,168-seat football stadium and multiple support buildings for both spring and winter sports. Amenities for these facilities include; coach’s offices, locker rooms, restroom facilities, concessions, baseball and softball fields, football and soccer practice fields, track and field event venues and tennis courts.
