Scope Of Work

This two-phased project involved a 19,500 square-foot office upfit of the existing industrial facility and renovations to the existing 80,000 square-foot facility with more than 50,000 square-feet of new concrete slabs, seventeen machine pit foundations with cabling trenches and eight overhead cranes. Trehel Corporation served as the General Contractor for the project, and was responsible for construction administration, scheduling, procurement of all materials, systems and subcontractors while the facility maintained daily operations during construction.
