Features Occupied Facility I Institutional I Academic Interior Renovation I Historic Facility I Sustainability HSU completely transformed this 10,000 square foot school, treating the girls of the prestigious Holton-Arms School to a big surprise upon returning from sumr1Pr break — a gorgeous new dining room and servery, and a state-of-the-art kitchen Thanks to the tremendous efforts of HSU, the renovation was performed completely over the few months Of summer vacation and required crews to work round-the-clock for weeks end to meet this daunting deadline The efforts have not gone unnoticed; the Owner, and parents were thrilled with the new space, and HSU was honored with an Award of Excellence at the 2012 Washington Contractor Award gala for this project.
This school was open during construction, and HSU provided alternative traffic lanes and administrated highest level 01 safety to protect staff, students, and visitors who were still using the facility construction, The dark and dated space was transformed into an open bright, and artistic multi-purpose area, and ts now flooded Mth natural and energy-saving lightning
HSU Performed a overhaul of historic entry area Including a new glass entryway , new stairs with custom and railings and administrative offices. HSU is proud to have t hrs spectacular project. especially such a critical schedule.
