Mr. Schoolcraft is the president and owner of Schoolcraft. Mr. Schoolcraft graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, in 1991, earning a liberal arts degree. While at Lynn University, Mr. Schoolcraft competed for the university tennis team. Returning to Greenwood in 1992, Mr. Schoolcraft started a business that focused on building custom residential homes. Mr. Schoolcraft shifted his focus to commercial development in 1997. Among other commercial projects, Mr. Schoolcraft assembled several parcels in Greenwood, Indiana which he developed into a Home Depot anchored retail center commonly known as Village Common Shops. Mr. Schoolcraft's companies currently own, operate and manage approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial property with development plans and acquisitions under contract for tens of thousands of additional square feet of retail space for national and local retailers in the upcoming year.
