Dave leads the Arizona team and provides executive oversight for LCS in the Western States including CA, AZ, NV, CO, UT, and NM. He is responsible for the overall management of pre-construction and construction services and specializes in the “Design-Build” and “Design Assist” delivery of complex projects. He has over 30 years of experience and has completed multi-phased projects in mission-critical occupied facilities, as well as new “ground-up” construction, and tenant improvements. Dave recognizes that providing leadership to the team for cost management and scheduling, along with disciplined planning, are the keys to the successful delivery of laboratory and technical facilities.

David joined LCS in 1994 after working as a CPA for eighteen years. For the last eight years, David has used that expertise as Vice President and the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for LCS.

A 1972 University of Texas graduate, David became the Executive Vice President for Fuqua Development, a residential/commercial development and construction firm in Houston. David managed all finance, administration, and marketing operations for Fuqua, and was responsible for land acquisitions, advertising, and both interim and permanent financing.

After leaving Fuqua, David moved to Mac Haik Enterprises (MHE), a commercial real estate development and investment company, as the Vice President of Finance, where he spent four years overseeing their finance and administration. Under David’s supervision, MHE built and managed over 1,000,000-square feet of commercial office space. MHE also owned three auto dealerships, charted a new Savings & Loan, and managed the fitness centers in the office complex.

In 1987, Mechanical Specialties International named David Vice President. During the next three years David was responsible for the finance and administration for lab design and construction management services.

In a departure from the construction industry, David became the Vice President and General Manager for the Enbee Company. In this role, David was responsible for finance, administration, warehousing, and marketing for the largest distributor of promotional products in the Texas Gulf Coast market.

Leaving Enbee in 1994, David returned to specialty construction as LCS’s Chief Financial Officer and a principal shareholder. He now brings over twenty-five years of experience in the construction management services and real estate development industries.

Since graduating from Texas State Tech in 1971 Dominick has participated in more than 2,000 projects, involving more than 1,500,000-square feet of laboratory construction and Technical Facilities. In 1991 Dominick became the founding shareholder of LCS Constructors, Inc. where he is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors.

In 1971 Dominick moved to Houston where he was Project Manager / Vice President of Venture Residential a Custom home builder where he was responsible for operations including sales, estimating, construction management, and full Profit & Loss (P & L). In 1976 he became a Houston Independent Custom Home Builder until his move to Mechanical Specialties International of Houston in 1980. As Senior Project Manager, his primary responsibility was estimating and managing laboratory design and construction projects throughout the Gulf Coast area.

In 1983, Mechanical Specialties International named Dominick Vice President of its Western Region operations. Dominick was responsible for all laboratory design and construction throughout California, Nevada and Arizona, including full profit and loss (P&L) sales, estimating, project management, and administration.

Jeff is responsible for construction and project management, cost management, estimating and scheduling. He has more than 25 years specializing in laboratory construction, tenant improvements, and core and shell construction. With his comprehensive construction background, Jeff has served in a variety of roles including project executive, senior project manager, project engineer, estimator, and construction manager. Additionally, he is skilled in preconstruction services, value engineering, cost control, safety procedures, site visits, and investigations.

Scott oversees all construction operations including scheduling management for all projects, enhancing field systems and processes, and assisting with field operations. He has 18 years of experience managing construction projects from inception, design, preconstruction, and construction through commissioning and closeout. His ability to view each construction phase as an integrated system allows him to facilitate proper project planning efforts to reduce risk and provide a quality project outcome. Scott strives to modernize business and workforce systems, as well as leading the deployment of new technologies that improve operational efficiencies.

Eva is responsible for the business development and marketing department’s efforts in advancing client relationships, managing business initiatives, and marketing communications. With more than 15 years of progressive business development and marketing experience, she focuses on understanding the business and facility needs of LCS’ clients and works closely with LCS’ team to find solutions for these challenging and complex projects. She enjoys working with LCS’ diverse client portfolio while fostering and building new relationships.

Lee is responsible for managing LCS’ accounting and financial reporting operations, as well as human resources, office management, and information technology. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business management covering a broad spectrum of the construction industry. His objective is the continuous development of the organization and management of accounting, finance, and administrative areas allowing LCS’ operational executives the opportunity to focus on facility solutions for customers as well as the continuous growth of LCS.
