Bill Bos's Bio
Bill obtained his associate degree in architecture from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Green Bay, WI in 1994. He has been working as an architectural designer for over 30 years and has designed and managed numerous commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional projects. His expertise is based on the design of various multi-million-dollar projects which differ in size, architecture, location, type and use and way of financing. His knowledge and experience bring great value to the company.
Mark VerHaagh's Bio
Mark was born and raised in Wisconsin. He is a very detail oriented, creative and defined designer with more than 16 years of experience in innovative design, including photo realistic rendering. Mark holds a degree in Architecture. ?
Mark Rukamp's Bio
Mark studied business and marketing at UW Eau Claire, UW Green Bay, and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and he has a long history in construction. In 1985 he began working for Corrigan’s Custom-Built Structures, starting on the crew and advancing to drafting, estimating, and sales. In 2010 he became part of the Alliance family. His favorite part about working for us as a salesman is working to impact a client’s life. In his free time he enjoys hobby farming and playing sports.
Mike Perock's Bio
Mike graduated with an associate degree in marketing at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and then attended St. Norbert College for business administration. He has been the controller at Alliance since the company was founded in 2009. He was proud to become a part owner of the company in 2017 while still acting as the controller. He loves working for Alliance because of the great atmosphere of culture and success, and the relationships he has with his coworkers.
Olivia VanderHeiden's Bio
Olivia is from Wrightstown, WI. She attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, graduating in 2019 with an associate degree in architectural technology. Olivia enjoys working with commercial and residential projects whether it be a new build, addition, or renovation. She brings creativity to designs and plans and is able to show that through photo-realistic renderings. Olivia takes pride in producing detailed and organized plans that meet the client’s needs in a timely manner. Her goals are efficiency and dedication to client satisfaction.
Schelly Somenske's Bio
?Schelly went to UW La Crosse and graduated with a double major in accounting and management information systems. She has over 20 years of experience in financial management, HR, and cost management, specializing in budgeting, cash flow management and process improvement. Her background in technology and computer systems helps to maximize productivity at Alliance. Schelly spends time watching her son play baseball. She also coaches girls club volleyball, is a member of the YMCA, and volunteers time helping her local community.
Todd Parczick's Bio
?Todd was born and raised in De Pere, WI. Before Alliance, he worked in design engineering for 11 years. Todd loves his employees and clients like family, and he does everything he can to make sure they have the tools they need to be successful. In his free time, he enjoys going up north and camping. You can find him on the bike trails or four-wheeling in the rare times that he isn’t working hard for his employees or clients.
Tom Thibodeau's Bio
Tom was born and raised in a town just outside of Crivitz, WI. He moved to Texas for a year right out of high school, then moved back to Green Bay to complete his associate degree in business management at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Shortly after completing his education, Tom met his wife playing volleyball and was married in June of 2017. Tom has always had an enthusiasm for fitness and enjoys spending time at the gym each day. Tom also likes to engage in a variety of local outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and volleyball tournaments.
Travis Zimmerman's Bio
?Travis contributes 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the Alliance team. He has 11 years tenured in field labor and 14 years of well seasoned management. His projects include commercial, industrial, and residential projects ranging from a few thousand dollars, to multi-million dollar projects.

Mark Wyro's Bio
?Mark graduated from the Milwaukee School of Architecture with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. His time in construction started in college when he worked for his uncle. After graduation, he received a job at a local architecture firm. When he was ready for a change, he started his own custom residential home building company with a friend. In 2018, Mark was in an accident that ended his 28 years of self-employment. After recovering, he found his place at Alliance in the fall of 2018. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his daughters.

Amber Rogers's Bio
?Amber came to Alliance after starting as an entrepreneur over 20 years ago. She grew a small heavy haul transport brokerage business started from her home into a huge success, gaining top clients in the industry. She also developed a brokerage division to help expand her business as well as help other businesses. She eventually grew her love for heavy lift construction into the construction industry which brought her to Alliance in 2020. Amber has a great work ethic and commitment that she brings to the table every day. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, completing DIY projects, and spending time with her daughters.
Brian Berkovitz's Bio
?Brian has worked in construction for over 35 years and, in that time, has done everything from general labor, to purchasing, to bookkeeping and sales. He brought his wealth of knowledge to Alliance in 2014. His favorite part about the job is getting to work closely with the project managers and the team members in the field. When he is not working, Brian likes spending time with family and friends and working in his yard.
Dan Verbeten's Bio
Dan has been working in the construction industry for 47 years. He has experience as a general laborer, bookkeeper, estimator, project coordinator, project manager, office manager, and owner. Construction is his life; he enjoys watching a construction project grow from the ground up to completion. For him, construction is an adventure almost every day, and he never knows what to expect. Dan also likes going golfing in the Spring, Summer, and Fall and then bowling with his sons in a league during the Fall and Winter months.
Jon Morehouse's Bio
Jon has been working in construction for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013 with a degree in biological system engineering. He has been at Alliance since December of 2017 and he loves the great environment here and the new challenges each day brings. When he isn’t at work, Jon enjoys deer hunting, completing construction projects, and spending time with his kids.
Marcus Decker's Bio
?Marcus’s time in construction started in 1991 as a laborer. He learned all aspects of building trades from the bottom up. After that, he worked as a lead craftsman and process engineer for an AWI woodworking shop, and moved on to own his own high-end architectural woodworking shop. Marcus completed his architecture degree in 2012. He always strives to combine form and function in his designs, while keeping sustainability, life costs, and structural integrity in mind. He is LEED certified as of 2017 and enjoys all aspects of the design process.
Nick Zeamer's Bio
Nick attended school at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and UW Stout. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He began working at Alliance in 2018, after a two-year background in construction and experience in being on the crew, as well as working as a field engineer, and a project manager. His favorite thing about working at Alliance is how everyone supports each other to get the job done. In his free time you can catch him, helping on his family farm, competing in one of his various sports leagues, or reffing.
Rod Rukamp's Bio
?Rod has spent his entire life in the greater Green Bay area and all of his working years in the construction industry. 23 of those years were spent in the field, throughout which he ran a foundation crew and a framing crew. He eve ran his own framing business for 4 years. The last 12 years he has been project managing commercial and light industrial projects. He always enjoys spending time with family at house on Lake Superior. He also spent several years coaching baseball and hockey and always likes to catch a game when he can.

Jamie Sprutles's Bio
?Jamie began his career in construction in 1995 when he worked for Kitchen Kraft Cabinets. After gaining some experience, he went into business for himself starting with roofs and decks and working his way up to building full houses and apartments. He then transitioned to work in sales and design management in 2013. He enjoys sales because you get to meet new people and no two days are ever the same. In his free time he enjoys coaching his sons in sports as well as hunting and fishing.
